Remove fan blade (8600) and fan clutch (8A616) using Fan Clutch Nut Wrench T83T-6312-B and Fan Clutch Pulley Holder T94T-6312-AH. Set fan blade and fan clutch in fan shroud (8146).

Removal
Remove drive belt (8620).
Partially drain engine coolant.
Remove upper radiator hose clamps and upper radiator hose (8260).
Disconnect coolant reservoir hose at radiator and support.
Remove fan blade (8600) and fan clutch (8A616) using Fan Clutch Nut Wrench T83T-6312-B and Fan Clutch Pulley Holder T94T-6312-AH. Set fan blade and fan clutch in fan shroud (8146).
Remove two fan shroud screws.
Remove fan shroud, fan blade and fan clutch.
Remove vacuum pump pulley using Steering Pump Pulley Remover T69L-10300-B.
Remove vacuum pump bolts.
Disconnect vacuum pump hose and remove vacuum pump (2A451).
Installation
Connect vacuum pump hose and install vacuum pump.
Install vacuum bolts. Tighten bolts to 23-32 Nm (17-23 lb-ft).
Install vacuum pump pulley using Steering Pump Pulley Replacer T65P-3A733-C.
Position the fan shroud, fan blade and fan clutch.
Install fan shroud screws.
Install fan blade and fan clutch using Fan Clutch Nut Wrench T83T-6312-B and Fan Clutch Pulley Holder T94T-6312-AH.
Connect coolant reservoir hose at radiator and support.
Install upper radiator hose and hose clamps.
Refill engine coolant.
Install drive belt.
