Evaporator Case and Heater Plenum Chamber Case

The A/C evaporator housing (19850) is attached to the engine side of the dash panel.
The A/C evaporator case (19897) is a two-piece molded construction, one piece of which forms a cover over the A/C evaporator core (19860). A bolt on the A/C vacuum reservoir tank and bracket (19A566) is part of the cover housing. This A/C vacuum reservoir tank and bracket and the vacuum control motor (18A318), which operates the outside/recirc. air door, are linked through an A/C vacuum check valve (19A563) to a hose that supplies engine vacuum.
